Intellectual property
The source code of the app and of the website, the texts, the images, the visual identity, the Tack+ trademark and its logo belong to Pensa Corporation (1001771571 ONTARIO INC.) and are protected by intellectual property law, in particular the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction, adaptation or distribution, in whole or in part, without written permission is prohibited.
The purchase of Tack+ grants a personal right to use the app. It does not transfer any right in the code or the trademark.
Apple, macOS, Mac, Finder, Safari, Notes, Reminders, Shortcuts, Apple Music and Messages are trademarks of Apple Inc. Spotify is a trademark of Spotify AB. Other product names mentioned belong to their respective owners. Tack+ is an independent app: it is not affiliated with any of these companies, is neither endorsed nor sponsored by Apple Inc., and does not replace any of their services.
The website links to macplus.pro. That website is external: the publisher of Tack+ has no control over its content and is not responsible for it.
Personal data
The website measures its audience with Vercel Web Analytics, the tool provided by its host: without cookies, without any identifier that follows you from one website to another, in aggregated and anonymous figures. It uses no advertising trackers or advertising cookies, and loads no resources from third parties: the typefaces are hosted on our own domain, and no IP address is transmitted to Google or to anyone else from simply browsing.
The processing of data, its purposes, its retention period and the rights granted by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) are described on the Privacy page. Any request relating to these rights is made to support@pensacorp.com.
